If you're having issues viewing this website there are two quick-fixes you can try:
- clear you browser's cache, or
- download the free FireFox browser (our experience shows there is a high likelihood of troubled Internet Explorer users finding relief by using the standards compliant FireFox)
If your issue continues after trying the above, please provide the following information in your correspondence:
- operating system (i.e., Windows 2000, XP, OS 10.4.3, etc)
- which browser and version you use (i.e. Internet Explorer 5, FireFox 1.0, etc)
- on which page the issue occured
- description of the issue
